Welcome to Tumble Town. By booking a session, attending a party, or visiting our indoor play centre, you agree to comply with the following rules and policies designed to keep all our guests safe and happy.

1. General Rules of Play

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, all visitors must adhere strictly to our soft play guidelines. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over) at all times during their visit. Tumble Town staff are present to monitor the equipment and assist where necessary, but they do not take responsibility for the direct supervision of children.

  • All children and adults entering the soft play zones must wear socks at all times for hygiene reasons. Bare feet and shoes are strictly prohibited in the play areas.
  • Please ensure children wear appropriate clothing. We recommend long sleeves and trousers to avoid friction on the slides.
  • Sharp objects, jewelry, and loose items must be removed before entering the play equipment.

2. Bookings, Admissions, and Cancellations

All play sessions and birthday parties are subject to availability and should be booked in advance to guarantee entry.

  • Standard play sessions are non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we may be able to transfer your booking to an alternative date, subject to availability.
  • Party bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure the date and time.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if their behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive to other visitors.

3. Health, Safety, and Food Policy

The health and well-being of our little guests is our top priority. We maintain strict cleaning protocols across all zones.

  • If you or your child have been unwell in the last 48 hours, please do not visit the centre. We will happily reschedule your visit for a later date.
  • Only food and drink purchased at our on-site café may be consumed on the premises, with the exception of baby food or specific allergy-related items pre-approved by our team.
  • Food, drinks, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited inside the soft play structures.
